Originally a San Franciscan, Yes, I was born and raised there. After my firstborn arrived, my family moved to Hayward for a few years, then on to Suisun City; most people recognize the neighboring city of Fairfield or Travis Airforce Base. After 12 years we decided we would like to move to a more rural area for our children as well as ourselves. My husband has made the sacrifice of continuing to work in the Bay Area for the last 8 yrs. in order for us to enjoy this mountain community.
We now live in the forest and love it!!
I have been a Realtor® for 7 yrs. now in the communities of Paradise, Magalia and outlying areas. I began my career at a small office which was what I needed at that time, easing into Real Estate from a primary career of child-rearing. After about two and a half years, I move to a much larger office.
The move to Coldwell Banker Ponderosa was the best move I could make. This is “The” premier office on this Ridge as well as in our County. Here on the Ridge, we hold 43.5% of the market share. That’s more than the next 3 office combined! And we are the #1 office for Sales in Butte county! Not to mention the warm and caring agents here. I really do feel that I am among the best and the experience of some of the long term agents is unmatched anywhere else. It is freely shared to make our office a better place to work.
I look forward to many years of fulfilling “The American Dream” here in the North State communities of Paradise, Magalia, Chico, and outlying areas.
